Advantages:
- EPP box mold as known as EPP box mould or EPS foam box mold.
- EPP box mold is a type of packaging solution made from Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) Foam. This type of foam is often used in automotive bumper systems due to its excellent shock absorption properties. It is also lighter than most packaging materials and has softer qualities that work well with products with class A surfaces that can be easily scratched or marred.
- EPP box mold can be molded to fit a product’s specific needs, making it a cost-effective option for mid-range to higher volume programs. In addition, EPP packaging has the ability to absorb transit and handling shock, making it an ideal choice for product protection.

EPS box mold benefit:
- The material properties of EPP Foam offers packaging solutions for fragile products and products with class A surfaces that can be easily scratched or marred.
- A material used for automotive bumper systems, EPP Molded Foam has exceptional shock absorption properties. Optimum packaging requires the packaging to absorb transit and handling shock. EPP packaging exceeds most other forms of packaging.
- Expanded polypropylene has “softer” qualities than most foams. The softer qualities work well in dealing with most class A surfaces. EPP packaging is lighter than most packaging material which makes for ergonomic handling and the ability to improve part density when working with tote weight limitations.
- EPP can be molded to fit your product. We can design totes made of entirely EPP or design inserts to fit into injected molded totes or other containers. Based on mid-range to higher volume programs, EPP packaging is cost competitive with other packaging modes.
Production Process:
- We have a professional and most experienced team to design and produce EPS moulds.
- The mould production process:
- 1. design the mould according customer's products drawing or samples.
- 2. Send mould drawing to customer for customer's confirm.
- 3. Produce the mould.
- 4. Test moulds to make the products.
- 5. Send samples to customers confirm.
- 6. Arrange shipment.
- The whole mould is completely treated by CNC machine to ensure the size difference less than 0.1mm.
- Mould coated with Teflon for better demould and the mould work smoothly in high temperature.
