Telfon coating, assembled by standard frames and cooling system, which achieves conventientde-moulding, anti-corrosion, high temperature
resistence and long life.

EPS Seed trays provide a suitable environment for the growth of agricultural seeds and facilitate the safe transport of seeds to the field, where they
can be placed without any loss. Since the seeds are protected during the critical growth stages in the greenhouse, they reduce cultivation time and
improve cultivation results. They are suitable for growing fruits, vegetables, plants and flowers.
Reusable polystyrene (foamed material/styrofoam) tray with individualized pyramid-shaped cells which virtually eliminate transplant shock.
- Undamaged roots, plants, and all the soil pop out cleanly, no tearing or entangled roots
- No spreading of root pests or diseases
- A better root system (when the bottom of the tray is exposed to air, the taproot is air pruned thus feeder roots are directed downward instead of spiraling around the cell, enabling the plant to begin growing immediately after transplanting)
- In addition, 95% (minimum) of Speedling transplants survive in the field.
- Trays are reusable for many years.
Production Process:
We have a professional and most experienced team to design and produce EPS moulds.
- The mould production process:
- 1. design the mould according customer's products drawing or samples.
- 2. Send mould drawing to customer for customer's confirm.
- 3. Produce the mould.
- 4. Test moulds to make the products.
- 5. Send samples to customers confirm.
- 6. Arrange shipment.
- The whole mould is completely treated by CNC machine to ensure the size difference less than 0.1mm.
- Mould coated with Teflon for better demould and the mould work smoothly in high temperature.
