1. The design of EPS/EPP products must consider the actual production process. In the design, there are often situations where the size is too large or too small, the deep groove is too deep, there are excessive rounded corners, and the thickness is uneven to avoid situations where it is too thick or too thin;

2. When designing products, it is necessary to consider that there must be a certain degree of demolding slope in the actual production process. On the one hand, it is convenient for demolding to improve production efficiency, and on the other hand, it can also avoid damaging the product and improve the surface smoothness of the product;

3. Product design should consider the selection of feeding ports based on the thickness and size of different products, as well as the choice of different pipe diameters. The position of the feeding port should be selected appropriately, with the back feeding port preferably located in the thicker or central part of the product, and the side feeding port selected on the thinner side of the product wall, where the feeding is smooth. If feeding is difficult and the product batch is large, the feeding port can be appropriately increased;

4. In the design of special molded products, roughness and accuracy must be marked, such as insulation products, automotive parts, etc;

5. Tracking new process methods, such as the use of insert plate molds for the left and right vertical packaging of Foxconn display series, can increase the number of single-mode cores and significantly improve production efficiency. However, there is a special emphasis on design requirements that are different from conventional designs.
